Zine Labidine Ghebouli is a policy analyst and researcher specializing in Euro-Mediterranean cooperation, European foreign policy, and North African affairs. His work focuses on regional dynamics, governance, democratization, and the relationship between Europe and the Middle East and North Africa.
He is a Visiting Fellow with the MENA Program at the European Council on Foreign Relations (ECFR), where he analyzes Euro-Mediterranean relations and political developments across North Africa. Previously, he held roles with the Arab Reform Initiative, Middle East Institute, and the Asfari Institute for Civil Society and Citizenship. His work explores the role of youth, civil society, and political reform in shaping regional development. Zine is based in Algiers, Algeria.
