Tarik Solomon is a defense and technology industry executive with extensive experience at the intersection of strategy, industrial development, and security cooperation across the Middle East. His work focuses on defense ecosystems, emerging technologies, localization strategies, and building partnerships between regional governments and global industry leaders.
With deep experience in Saudi Arabia and the Gulf, he has supported complex defense and technology initiatives focused on procurement, capability development, and aligning industrial strategies with national priorities. He has helped structure partnerships with leading global firms, including Teledyne Technologies, Collins Aerospace, L3Harris, Raytheon, and Frequentis, advancing strategic capabilities across the region.
He serves as Founding Chairman of the American Chamber of Commerce Saudi Arabia, Board Member of the Middle East Policy Council, and Regional Board Member of Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business. Tarik is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
