Tally Zingher is Managing Director of Blue Laurel Advisors, a strategic advisory firm focused on advancing regional partnerships and opportunities between Israeli entities and the Arab world. She is also CEO and co-founder of Dawsat, an Arabic-language health and wellness platform serving communities across the Middle East.

Her work focuses on regional economic cooperation, investment, entrepreneurship, and building cross-border partnerships across the MENA region. Prior to founding her companies, she practiced corporate law with a focus on finance and mergers and acquisitions at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton in New York and with Istithmar in Dubai. She is a fellow of the Middle East Leadership Initiative of the Aspen Institute Global Leadership Network. Tally is based in Tel Aviv, Israel.
