Farah Bdour is a Jordanian political analyst, conflict resolution specialist, and peacebuilding practitioner with more than a decade of experience working at the intersection of Arab-Israeli diplomacy, regional security, and Track II engagement. Her work focuses on dialogue, mediation, reconciliation, and advancing regional cooperation through policy and civil society initiatives across the Middle East.

She most recently served as Senior Advisor for the Israel, Palestinian Territories, Egypt, and the Levant (IPEL) program at the United States Institute of Peace (USIP) in Washington, D.C. Previously, she served as Director of a Jordanian think tank providing political analysis and policy recommendations to decision-makers in Jordan and internationally. She also served as Jordan Country Director for Seeds of Peace and is a member of the Middle East Partnership for Peace Act (MEPPA) Advisory Board, where she advises on people-to-people peacebuilding, dialogue, and reconciliation programs. Farah is based in Amman, Jordan.
