Antonia Dimou is an economist and international relations expert specializing in Middle East geopolitics, energy policy, and regional security. She is Director of the Mideast & Gulf Unit at the Institute for Security and Defense Analyses (ISDA) and has more than two decades of experience in Track 2 diplomacy and regional dialogue focused on security and cooperation in the Middle East and Eastern Mediterranean.

She has advised senior government officials and institutions, including Greek ministries of national defense and foreign affairs, and previously served as advisor and coordinator in the private office of HRH Prince El Hassan bin Talal of Jordan. She has held research and academic roles with the Center for Strategic Studies at the University of Jordan, Webster University Athens Campus, and UCLA’s Center for Middle East Development (CMED). She is a founding member of the Israel-Hellenic Forum established by B’nai B’rith International and the Eastern Mediterranean Initiative (EMI) of the Geneva Centre for Security Policy (GCSP). Antonia is based in Athens, Greece.
